If it was possible to give a negative number it would be there . Impossible to get in touch with property manager , maintenance is never available , refuses to do anything when it comes to drug dealers on the property continuously dropping their drugs outside where my children can access them. A hole in my ceiling and mold in the apartment that has not been fixed when mentioned over a year ago . Complete lack of communication.
I love foxfire in general growing up they housed my mother and good to her and my grandfather all the way until he passed away and I always remembered he was treated well and he was content being in there! Going from owning his own home to not being able to maintain it, so for him to even like them a little is huge! But it was much,much more than that! I know they have helped house many,many families! I also know of them helping people/families in difficult situations!! I hope to be a tenant sometime soon 🤞🤞
Over the last three years, Soake Pools occupied multiple office spaces, managed by Foxfire. Working with both Alex (Property Manager) & Lorne (Maintenance) was a pleasure; We found them to be helpful and very responsive whenever we reached out to them. Additionally, we agreed that Alex's communication about the buildings updates/maintenance were thoughtful and well written. We really enjoyed our time as tenants at 14 Dixon Ave. and thank everyone on the Foxfire team for a great overall experience!
