Misleading sales person. No returns. Never open. Unsure at this point, but might have taken our money AND the bracelet we purchased. Will know once someone opens the shop or answers the phone. Do yourself a favor and find another place to shop!
My fiancé bought my ring from Foxfire in Sunridge mall over a year ago. Shortly after receiving it I noticed one of the diamonds was “off”. As it was still under warranty we brought it in to inquire about it. They were going to charge me for repair even though it was still under warranty. FFWD a couple months and the diamond has now fallen out. Poor product from a poor company. No wonder the Sunridge location is now closed.
They never open on time. Door says 10am Google says 11am. Went at 11:10am not open. No one there. Extremely frustrating
I had an excellent experience at Foxfire Jewellers at The Core. I bought a lab diamond to replace the cubic zirconia center stone on my ring. The 1.3 carat lab diamond looks stunning! I couldn't be happier. Janice is knowlegeable and helpful. I highly recommend this Jeweller.
