I am extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received at Foxfire Jewellers- Sunridge mall. I took my necklace in for repair on May 18, 2024, and provided clear instructions. I picked it up on May 25th, the repair was done incorrectly, causing the necklace to break. The solder point was in the wrong location. I immediately contacted the store and returned to address the issue. The service was good. Product was not as I asked if the gemstone (being a ruby) was lab-created and was told yes. When I got home and knowing how to test for ruby found out it was not. Not impressed.
I brought my grandmother's ring in to be redesigned for my engagement. They gave me amazing advice which molded my ring into something that as a fairly uneducated man about jewelry is proud of. All while maintaining a budget that I had stated at the beginning. Highly recommend.
