I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I brought my jewelry in hoping to have it fixed, but not only were they unable to repair it, they ended up causing even more damage. I trusted this shop with something valuable and sentimental, and now it’s in worse condition than before. No proper explanation was given, and I feel let down by the lack of care and responsibility. I cannot recommend this place to others based on my experience.
Placing my review here as there isn't one for the sunridge location. My ring is ruined. I just wanted the prong tightened cause the stone was loose. Now not only are the prongs not the same height. My stone is crooked!! The lady kept saying that how is was before but you can immediately tell something was wrong with it! I sent it back twice thinking it would fix the mistake. Never go here! They don't know what they are doing! Will be going somewhere else to fix their mistakes.
Went to their Sunridge location for jewelry repair. Told to come back anytime Sunday to pick up. Went back not ready. Came over 50km from out of town to pick up.
Helpful and friendly service
I am extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received at Foxfire Jewellers- Sunridge mall. I took my necklace in for repair on May 18, 2024, and provided clear instructions. I picked it up on May 25th, the repair was done incorrectly, causing the necklace to break. The solder point was in the wrong location. I immediately contacted the store and returned to address the issue.
