Watched the lady cooking eat French fries out of the deep fryer basket. Service from staff is terrible. Stay Away!

My ribs were burnt, my son’s chicken was dry and he had to wait 20 minutes for ranch for his salad. The waiter wasn’t very good either. The food wasn’t worth $$

Went there tonight with my wife and child. Open table right in front of us. Was told it was a “5 top”. and they didn’t want us to take up the space. The wait would be 30 minutes. It was a 4 seater table with a chair added on the end. Very disappointed with their hostess hospitality.

We expected a wait, as we always do when visiting Snowshoe, which was fine. The wait was shorter than expected. Our server was polite and attentive. But the food-not up to par for any establishment. Both mine and my husband’s sweet potato fries were cold. I ordered the Jamaican veggie sliders which were burned to a crisp and slathered in sauce to try to cover. I don’t mind waiting or paying a hefty amount for a quality meal, but this missed the mark.
