Once again I am amazed at the mindset of those who make decisions concerning improvements made on this property. We now have a concrete wall seperating this property from the property next door!! As if yet, it appears to be about 3" tall. Ok??? It certainly looks better than the partially torn down wood fence that is an eyesore. But, what about the 2" deep holes in the drive???
