Today I met Shane, our Sprinkler System Guru. What an incredibly positive experience. I was having trouble getting our system up and running this year, and made a call to the receptionist for help. Angel, which she is, was pleasant and helpful when I was conversing with her. She was able to put me in touch with Shane to set up an appointment for him to come out and look at our system. I have dealt with Foxcroft for three or four seasons now and this is my honest review. I do know the technicians know what they’re doing, but the communication is very bad. I have a few examples. I was told multiple times for startups it was at this time and I got pushed another time and another time and the communication is just bad. Second, they blew a line I was told I was not gonna have to pay for it then I end up paying for half of it and third I told my inspection was complete and there was two lines that were not work... read more
Left Brad a text on a long weekend for him to get back to me on Tuesday, but he returned my call within 1 hr. The Customer service he provided was awesome. I would highly recommend Foxcroft Irrigation for any if your sprinkler needs. You won't regret it. Bert Southfort Villas
