After reading the previous review, I also had to respond. I came back online to look for them (Foxcraft) again, and saw the 2 stars so decided to read the review left. It was actually a few years ago that we used this company, but being family owned I don't think much has changed and I am going to hire them again. My Story: I had a rental home in Interlochen where the tenant moved out and left the place a MESS. As owner of Foxcraft I must answer the review from the Cooks. The Cooks are less than truthful, that has been a problem all along. Mr. Cook called for a move out quote. We had cleaned the home several times over the years and had a fairly good idea what it would take. I gave him a quote based on that information with the following conditions, 1) the home and garage would be empty, and 2) the quote was based on the average clean, he was given a "not to exceed" number based on excessive dirt. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They quote one price then charge you more. Saying the house was extremely dirty, which it wasn't. Half their employees just sit in the car while the others work. Probably why it took them so long. And forget about the garage apparently they don't clean those.
