A nice small and quiet community
Jordan Follis... yea his Dad - Darren Follis owns these dumps... used to be nice.. but built in 70s with 70s everything... OLD OLD original furnaces... sewage and water that weeps out in garages (which cost Extra) electrical wires hanging and NOTHING is up to code... AC units that site in halls for a year while temp is over 100 outside AND he takes over the bypass overheat valve in the old (he says new - hmm he replaced a couple of items in it in the 80s.)and NO NO NO insulaltion and rotted windows... he justs replaces the o... read more
