I lived in Foxchase for about 2 years and had overall good experience. They reply quick, their maintenance team is great, fixes everything right away. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t live here unless you want mice, bees, and all sorts of other critters in your home. It is incredibly dirty straight from move in and any updates they’ve done to the place are done horribly. I’ve lived in other apartment building before - new and old - and I’ve never been in one this bad where you can hear every time your neighbors turn on the faucet, flush the toilet. If you’re thinking about trying to pay less for a place, this is not it. Don’t do it! It’s not worth it!
Maintenance came very quick and fixed everything ever faster. Thank you!
Pauline was the absolute best. She truly went the extra mile for me. Even going into buildings to see if I could navigate them with my disability. She got me the best move in deal and on top of all that she was such a sweetheart! I’ve toured my fair share of apartments in northern Virginia and she’s been the best leasing/move in manager I’ve ever moved with.
