Maintenance was quick to respond, did a great job and even gave us explanation for our concerns.
I love living in this residence . It’s been home dor about 3 years now. Maintenance is great & responsive. I however have had the worst experience with the property management. They have been quite unpleasant & non-compassionate regardless of what is stipulated in the lease agreement. No amount of communication has helped in getting them to resolve anything. I will not be renewing my lease because of this. Property management has to do better. Tenants are humans experiencing life in real time & they have to do better.
