Evicted us after 2 years because I was in hospital with new born baby(tried paying the 2nd of the month). Then was told by management if I moved out within 3 days atleast I wouldn't have an eviction on my record. Trashy community. And the management is ugly inside and out.
I lived here in 1977. These apartments still look the same. But it was nice. And the people were very cool. Back then.
Recently moved here about 3 weeks ago and it’s been great so far, staff has been very friendly and helpful, they don’t take a bunch of applications for each unit, once you apply the unit is held for you until you get approved or denied so if you dont have any issues with getting approved you don’t have to worry about wasting money on application fees just for them to give the apartment to someone else which happened to me at 2 other places before I applied here.
