I was shown 2 units. I requested a larger unit. They had promised me I will the Unit I looked out. I was out of town, signed for the Lease; We arrived On Friday 5 pm with U Haul to find out that they rented me the unit in the back toward the railroad. . The electricity, water, trash have been turned on for that Unit. I insisted that I wanted the Unit I was Shown. They told me the Unit they showed me was rented out. Their response was, " I am sorry you made a mistake, which unit you picked"

I have been with them on and off for the last 10 years and have been very satisfied. The apartments and houses have been kept up very well. The staff have been very helpful when I needed them. I would recommend them to anybody.

I was very impressed with Foxboro Managment. I absolutely loved the apartment. It was neat and clean. Customer service was always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a wonderful and affordable place to rent.

Absolute worst property management company. If you can actually get a return phone call they are rude and combative towards you. The final horrible thing by this company was actively not caring about spreading COVID. My 4 year old came back with a positive test. After calling Foxboro and ask if they could extend our lease a few days till my kids quarantine was over they just yelled and said get out of there apartment and that they didn’t believe she was positive. Crooks. I can't tell you what renting is like because they took my application money and never called me back. I have excellent credit and references so there was no reason to deny me an apartment. The next management company I went to told me they were impressed by my references"

!!!!!TAKE TIME TO READ THESE REVIEWS AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!!!!!! ***0 STARS*** I read the previous reviews and I most certainly agree with and would substantiate and concur with them. Don't waste your time with this organization. I wouldn't even call them an organization as they demonstrate 0 organizational skills. They do not care, repeat, DO NOT CARE about you. I will never rent from this company again and advise anyone who thinks of renting from here to read the reviews first! They are very unprofessional and do not care about their tenants. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything and most of the time will not fix what you requested to have fixed. We requested online and by phone for things to be fixed and they said that they never got a request for them. We even went right to the office to request things to be fixed and that did nothing. I have just received a non lease renewal from Foxboro they did not give me a reason just that they were not going to renew my lease. This is being done in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic. When I called and explained that my lease manager whom I have never talked to was not answering his phone the lady answering the phone hung up on me. Renters beware this organization has absolutely no integrity or morals.
