Terrible customer service! We scheduled a visit at 10 a.m., arrived and waited about 30 minutes. They didn’t even reply to my messages while sitting in the office. After such an attitude, I immediately lost the desire to rent the apartment—if this is how it starts, what will happen later

If I could give a minus a few stars, I would, the apartments there are really nice and we wanted to rent an apartment, but for some reason they refused us without finding a reasonable reason, we just wasted almost a week of time going there and asking for this apartment, in the end when they decided that they probably didn't want us to live there they decided to screw us, and when filling out the documents they asked us to come back at 6:00 pm my husband came at 5:50 and she said "are you serious? we close in 10 minutes" tha... read more

I received a reply the next day saying it would be replaced, though they didn’t know when, and that it would cost around $226. I waited patiently until August and visited the office in person.
