I received a reply the next day saying it would be replaced, though they didn’t know when, and that it would cost around $226. I waited patiently until August and visited the office in person. Gave it two stars strictly for the gym and pool. Here’s a real review. This place is strictly about making money. You will get a fair rate your first year. Then they will drastically increase your rent because they know it costs more to move to a new place. Rent goes up between $200 to $400 per year. Getting packages is a nightmare. Nothing is sorted and you go to a closet in the main building to search for any package delivered that isn’t a letter. Update!!! Avoid at all costs. Shortly after moving here, either new management, or new policies went into affect. They are charging me for "cleaning" fees after moving out, despite having a non-refundable up front deposit. If this isn't criminal fraud, it's at least abhorrent and anti-customer focused policy... Marquette is another example of profit over people. There were some hiccups with small defects in the apartment.
