Stevie was very professsional and handled our travel Plans efficiently and on a short notice.
Disney specialist had no idea how to use Disney’s app. We had to call Disney ourselves to get help on setting up meal plans and how park tickets worked. Our friends booked Disney through a different agent and received folders full of information to help them and received help setting everything up.
