Trevor was excellent and helpful during the car buying process.
I went in for a test drive knowing what I wanted. However, I wasn't completely sure about the small details and differences in the cars. John went above and beyond describing the differences and even explaining in detail why some are important for what I was looking for. When it came down to the numbers and options, Eddy, the manager, personally went over the numbers with me showing different options and to make sure I received the best deal. Had a great experience with John B and Gen Manager as well, purchasing a used EV after some good test drives. They are decent and low pressure all the way through the sales process! My concerns with details were heard and accommodated. The financing was smooth and met my needs. I didn't spend $$$$$ but felt as valued as the people buying the most expensive car they offer.

The whole experience was smooth, genuine, and full of care. From start to finish, John treated me with honesty, patience, and the kind of warmth you don’t often find at a dealership.
