A spring broke Saturday and they were able to come by 1 30 PM on Monday which I so appreciated. Brady was great. Polite and knowledgeable. I am also glad Fox valley overhead door had put a sticker on garage door when I replaced them some time ago.
Coulda swore the website said free estimates. Got charged $131 to spray some wd40 on the track. Technician was super cool, said the unit may need to be replaced soon. Definitely won’t be this company doing the replacing though. Maybe if they had been a bit more reasonable in their pricing to do virtually zero work, they could’ve gained a repeat customer.
Great service! Office manager was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The technicians were friendly and professional. Good to see a local small business that does everything right!
