I had surgery in March 2025. The surgeon, Dr. Torosian, was fantastic. His secretary was rude and got so frustrated with me that she started yelling at me. I had to hang up and request to speak to someone else just to reschedule an appointment. I had other poor experiences with their administrative staff. They are rude and unprofessional. Just be prepared.
