Doctor is caring and kind. Never makes you feel rushed. Listens to everything you have to say. I was recommended here. Over all the doctor is friendly and kind. The receptionists although, are rude and unprofessional especially when answering the phone. Give attitude for no reason. Makes me feel uncomfortable and not want to go back.
Dr. Mercado is a very caring doctor. He always takes his time with his patients and he never rushes you during your appointment. Excellent family doctor!
They say that they are closed from noon to one, but the receptionists do not turn the phone back on until 1:20. Also, you cannot leave a message during their "lunch hour". Dr. Mercado and Gladys are great.
