After placing an order with confirmation by Brian and a secretary to be delivered before May 2nd, I was very rudely told by Frank that “he isn't dealing with florists anymore”. I have been ordering with this company for 10 years. I was left in tears because I am a small business owner who depends on my supply of annual/perennial plants from this company.
