We were having issues with a forklift that fox valley couldn't diagnose. They loaned us a charger to test on our equipment to see if that solved the issue. The loan was no charge, per our rep Ed. Now they are trying to charge us $1385 for this "free" test. Instead of figuring it out, they tried selling us another forklift.
They'll fork you good
Sold me a forklift with a repair problem that exceeded the cost of the forklift and would not make good on the repair. Took a forklift and charger under consignment and never got anything for it. Would not do business with this company.
