Great job
Unfortunately Ford has decided not to give appointments for simple maintenance such as oil changes. That's very inconvenient for your customers. Dave Owens at Fox Valley Ford (the 2nd dealership I called) said he would take care of it and we set up a time. I really appreciate his help and will definitely be back. It's called great customer service!
