The level of care and compassion for both the animal and the owner demonstrated by Dr. Heinze and Lou Miller I witnessed this morning goes beyond description. This is not the first time that Dr. Heinze has been there for my wife in difficult and heart breaking situation, and known exactly what to say. Always on time, available, knowledgeable, and professional. They've done general maintenance, injections, insulin testing, abscesses, and colic with my mare. I could ask for better service!
We really miss them as we are relocated in Texas, at least for few years. Can't wait to make it back. I love how organized they are and how they always check back with you , because they really care. They are all really excellent doctors, but my horse Jessie's fav would have to be Dr. Heinze because he would call her "dear".
