Doctor Patel is such an outstanding dental professional! She has a top-notch staff working there. And her Front Office technician Renee is just amazing at handling insurance & billing matters. She definitely goes above and beyond. Bravo Renee!! This practice is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Had an appointment at 0900 on 03/08/2023. I arrived around 0850am, nurse had an X-ray and then let me wait on the operation chair around 0905. I waited on the chair until 0920 and asked the nurse to let the doc know that I am waiting. then the front office lady stopped by around 0930 and told me that doc was still on the way to the office. I scheduled a regular cleaning service on June 22, 2022, at the end of service another dentist came and checked my teeth. To my surprise, they charged me total of $209, said the teeth check costs $73 and cleaning costs $136. I searched the code D4910 and it is not regular cleaning, I did not know they will charge me $73 for the teeth check. If you will charge me for such service, you should tell me before starting the service.

I've been a customer of theirs since 2002 they were my primary dentists. From regular to orthodontic. My orthodontist recommended braces which i had for 2 years; he removed them right before retiring which was a little suspicious. The new orthodontist said oh they look pretty good; whatever that meant? After years of going back to that dentist and them making so much money off my insurance, i felt they were pushing me aside because they can't milk my insurance anymore.
