Horrible...absolutely horrible. Just left in tears. Dr. Kim is rude and over talks you. Not compassionate. It's her way or nothing. Asked for my flipper to be as white as possible however it came back several shades darker or very yellow. I was told to come in and discuss it but was rudely told by Dr. Kim that even if they contact the lab they can't guarantee it will be anywhere close to what I originally selected. Dr Bob was a great dentist don't see him anymore. Never can get my children who are at college in. This is a very limited business hour location..no weekends, no Fridays, late start at 12n on Wednesday. I am sad I might have to find a new location just for my children because they can never get in when they are home for college. My family has been going to Fox Valley Dental Care for almost 20 years. The staff has always been very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend anyone to try it out for their next dental visit.

I left the message on Saturday because in google it said they open Saturday they did not update that. Then i left message and no one called me Monday then i called them and guess what they are booked until April. I don't like there hours either. I am taking my business some where else. The person who answer the phone call at the front desk she was not polite at all.
