First time trying it out today. My workouts have been intense lately and could definitely start feeling it on the body. Back, knee and elbow was hurting. All felt great immediately afterwards. Will be definitely coming back!

Stopped in today to give it a try. I work out on a regular basis so my body is usually pretty tired and sore. Felt amazing after this. Did what they called a double dip at around 6 pm, and it is now 845 and I still feel really energized and good. Will definitely be back again, and will be recommendeding it to all my members at CrossFit Appleton.
