Chris is the best! We have used Fox Valley Carpet Cleaning for years and are never disappointed. They are reliable, professional and do an amazing job! We have a lot of pets and our carpet always looks brand new after they come out. I highly recommend this company.

Chris and his team were kind, courteous and efficient. They were able to get wax and stains out of carpet with no problem. I would highly recommend. Very affordable.
Overall great experience, professional, on time, friendly, and communicative. We did have 1 small paint stain that had to be treated. As previously mentioned by another reviewer, we too were given a flat rate beforehand, but I did experience an upcharge at the time of payment after the work was already completed. It would have been nice to have been notified beforehand about the upcharge.
