DO NOT SHOP at Fox Valley Birkenstock at their Appleton, WI store. They used to have an online website. They closed that business last spring 2013. Guess what? I ordered a pair of shoes in March 2013 and returned them in April. I received a credit on May 7, 2013. The credit was valid thru May 7, 2014. Guess what I called to use the credit. AND I CANNOT even use the credit thru their store. The woman was rude, and didn't even care that I would be down $90.
