This is the worse apartment complex I have ever lived... management don't care about the issues! People smoking inside their apartments and thry do not do anything! Please avoid this place at all cost...reviews are not all real...since I HAD seen the bad ones getting deleted... Before you move to this horrible place go goggle the reviews for the management company IRT living.....STAY AWAYYYY..you can find better...
Safa, key maintenance team member, was quick to respond to a leak in the air handler mechanism. His accurate diagnosis of the water source; and expert repair was invaluable to my peace of mind. Bravo!
I enjoy living at fox trails. I work from 2:00am to 2:00pm after putting up the new windows I’m finally able to sleep peacefully. Highly recommended.
We needed help with maintenance and when John, Rosa and Jose arrived they were very helpful, quick to fix the issue and have seen them working late to help others when they are on call. Thank you Fox Trails maintenance for your help!
