OMG....if you love your water to be off every other week, then this is the place for you. ALWAYS problems with the water! Today, as usual, we have no hot water. We have no idea when we will have any! They have fixed our garbage disposal 3 times and now our oven isn't working AGAIN! I love the layout of the apartment. The maintenance process is easy and the staff is very responsive. It’s also in a great location, close to walking trail and parks, shopping and church.
We moved in March of this year & got a newly renovated upstairs unit ! I loved the layout from the tour & Now once we have furnished the place ! Both women in the office were great! & maintenance here is fast & they go above and beyond every time ! When I moved in my ac was malfunctioning & within a day it was fixed & hasn’t had an issue since . The wood floors, built in vanity , huge balcony, view of the park ! Love love love ! Fox trail is where it’s at . So happy we chose this complex 10/10
