RecommendedTook my trailer in to have SEVERAL repairs done last minute , truxton had everything done in and out within a DAY! Very reasonably priced and absolutely amazing customer service. Will definitely continue to use for any repairs needed.
I normally use Bennett's Camping Center in Granbury, but I didn't want to unhook to drive up there.. So I hired Fox for the first time to come out to replace an old water pump, on 7/21. After "finishing" the job, the tech was about to drive away, so I went in and tested it- and it still wasn't working... So he came back in, and fixed it to where it was. Two days later it quit working, again. They were quick and kind to come back out and "fix" it again. Three weeks later, their replacement quit working, AGAIN. So I took it up... read more

Funny quick to post a $60k trailer, but Truxton didn't bother responding to my messages. I needed them to see the visual problem. Just to be more accurate. Even messaged the business. Ever message said we will get back to you. Once a day.. guess they didn't want to mess with it.. or be bothered with such job.. I found a business that was polite and answered the phone and spoke to me as a human should. Sent them pics and they aren't worried about it like everyone else was freaked out about it. I would just like to say how pleased I am with the repairs done to my Trailers’s!!!! It is fast correct and complete!!! I highly recommend!!!!!!
Fox Trailer has saved me numerous times. First, awning broke and they were not a dealer for the parts needed. So, what does Truxton do? Becomes a dealer for those parts! Then, I make arrangements to pick up my trailer on Easter afternoon, only to find my jack stand broke due to high winds. I get it on my truck but cant get it off. Truxton and his family show up to help....ON EASTER!!!!! These people go above and beyond every time!!! Fast, Reliable, and willing to do whatever it takes to make repairs quick.
