I took my vehicle in because there was an issue with it starting. they assured me that the issue would be fixed after I purchased a new key & programmed it to the ECU... so I did that. Fox Toyota Service Mgr, Andy, spoke with customer 2/28/2023. Advised customer that if another repair facility arrived at a different diagnosis, and repaired the vehicle concerns, to please provide a detailed copy of the service invoice, we would be more than happy to review and proceed accordingly. As of today 3/1/23, the customer has not produced any documents for our review.
I bought a car from there in February 2021 it a pre used car. But I have had 100’s dollars worth of fixing in already my tie rods were so bad that it was a safety hazard. I also had to have them fix a faulty break light switch at the end of June beginning of July and got it back with the same issue still going on and all they keep telling me they will have to look at it when it should have been fixed the first time. They have terrible customer service.
Fox Toyota has scammed my family twice now. The first time, I leased a *******r for 3 years and 12,000 miles. When my lease was up I traded the ******* in for a 2017 ******. When my husband test drove the ******he made sure it had new tires (If it didnt we planned to negotiate new tires into the deal) tires looked new so we didnt have to say anything when making the deal.
