Bad craftsmanship, crummy fix attempt, ghosted homeowners. We hired this outfit for a (fairly pricey) granite counter top and sink install. They used clips for the sink and it started to sag within days, so they sent a kid out who just nailed a bunch of 2x4s vertically to hold it up, which looked crazy, but more importantly did not work, and the sink started to sag again. Plain and simple this is what customer service is all about. I needed to make a late appointment (after hours) so a client and I could meet and make selections. No problem! Corian countertops Donnie was the perfect craftsman for the repair which is virtually undetectable.
I planned on using them, until they gave me the wrong installation date... Which I verified with them on the day we booked it. Instead of admitting they scheduled a day different to what we agreed to, all I got was attitude about trying to fit me in around their priorty jobs. Didn't seem to care that I waited from early in the morning and took off from work for no one to show.
