I had my car towed to this dealership set up an appointment. It sat in their parking lot for two months without looking at it. They kept telling me they only have ONE guy who can check it out and he is so busy. I finally brought it home.
I tried to get parts. Left 3 voice-mail that were never answered. Finally got to talk to someone and it took 30 minutes to look up and order the part. Never got a call when the parts arrived. O hours listed ion the internet so no idea when I can call them again to be ignored
I sure wish the service dept would listen to their voice-mail and return my call :(
