I have been with Dr. Susan Fox for years and when my employer changes health insurance i suffer because I can't see her but now i'm back with her and wouldn't change her.
Currently 35 weeks pregnant!!!! I should of changed my obgyn from the start! I had my 2nd child here 8 years ago and you would actually see doctors. Now all you get are nurses and on top of that they do not answer the phone!! They have a phone service that’s not in Miami! She is my doctor for long time and always ivery proffesional and cares for her patients.
I wish I had checked the reviews for this office prior to scheduling a referred appointment. I would've saved myself the aggravation and frustration of dealing with incompetent and insensitive 'health professionals'. Obviously, their patients are the least of their concern, as it is evident -- not only in the reviews -- but in the manner in which they are treated.
Horrible. I’m leaving 1 star just because I don’t have the option to leave 0. They never respect appointment times and are very unprofessional. Disgusting service. They are so behind to the point that I have no where to sit on their lobby, I have a broke ankle and have no where to sit. And the best part is that when i’m finally seen by the doctor she’s barely with me for not even 10 minutes. I waited 90 minutes to be seen for a very rushed 10 minutes. It’s clear she doesn’t want to see her patients.
I left this place so frustrated, I am experiencing my first pregnancy and I have a lot of questions about how everything works and I felt as ATM for them. I made the appointment with Susan, but she even wasn’t there and everybody there has the same “meh” behavior, the girl who checked my pressure only sign with finger what to do like check weight and give my arm to her. This is unprofessional place. I am not sure what is the motivation, but FYI we are international. They made us wait for 4 hours and the expected treatment of test done. Even, the so called dr didn’t talk about our concerns or to give us any advice. I feel disrespected and purposefully attacked. That is not how you want to end up the first test of your beloved pregnancy. You guys need to check the level professionalism of all your stuff. After all, this is COVID-19 time and place do not park your little space. Be responsible.
She has zero bedside manner. She did not listen to me. I left her office in shock. and zero answers as to why my period is so bad.
I was lucky enough to get Dr. Fox herself. My first Gyno check in 17 years, so I was scared. She was excellent and fast. So relieved.
