All I have to say is this place is top notch, A+, Unbelievably amazing! Maddie , who helped me, is so beautiful and sweet. She's got great customer service skills and was so easy to talk to. The guy who worked on my car actually cared and did a full point inspection , and let me know any and everything I needed to know about my subaru. He even fixed my hood latch for me. I attempted to buy an additional key fob and was told I need to drive there for them check if they had it in inventory. I assumed that meant they needed my current key fob to check for a match. That was incorrect. The person on the phone was too lazy to check the computer for me while I was on the phone. I had to drive nearly 20 minutes one way to watch a guy type in the computer and tell me they’d have to order the key fob. What a waste and what a horrible level of service.
Great bunch of people. Stopped by to get my tires checked, ended up gwtting a service and my tires checked and rotated. Thanks everyone! Great Job!
Travis, Justin, and Bryan were amazing, helped me out on short notice when I had a nail in my tire, they were amazing to work with and very accommodating.
