I had kind of a tricky situation, with a steep driveway and nearby obstacles where a 40 yard container was needed. Dan, the driver who dropped it off (who might be the owner, too?) was smart and methodical about his placement. He also identified that my project looked like it might be a little bit too big for the container. He offered a solution that was beyond the call of duty in case we needed the container emptied during the project. I don't know how a disposal company could do any better than this.
