59 dollar diagnosis - showed one circ pump needed. Scheduled - they didnt show, Silly me.. reacheduled and he was late. Also all of a sudden we needed another motor. !!! Charged for the first part was 700 for part and labor.. 2nd part over 400. And they charged me labor on that which took all of 5 min.. making a huge complaint with attorney general.. inwant a refund of labor for the 5 min part

Based on a few months working with them, I would say they're unprofessional and either lazy or don't know what they're doing. They were supposed to do weekly maintenance for our pool. They didn't actually come weekly, changed service days without asking a few times, sometimes didn't show up when scheduled, didn't give notice before and didn't apologize or anything afterward. Hired this company for pool maintenance. When I first hired them last summer, we signed up for weekly test and balance and vacuum cleaning of our salt water pool. Things seemed to go fairly smoothly last summer. They would text before coming out to service and send email invoices, and they usually came on the scheduled day each week, no major issues. Needed some electrical work, gave Fox a call and had great service. The tech, Spencer was very knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
