food was horrible, they were rude when I called and complained. First time I've ever complained about food in my whole entire life. Guarantee I will never go back
I ordered food over an hour ago, was told they'd be out as soon as possible. called back an hour an a half later to inquire about our order. placed order with younger woman. when calling to inquire an older woman answered and argued with me that she had in fact taken my order and was rude beyond belief until she realized her mistake. this is not our first time having this issue with them but it will certainly be our last.
Ordered a pizza with no onions and peppers. shows up with peppers and onions. call to complain and the manager says there's nothing she can do and hangs up on us. we call back, they don't pick up the phone! my fiancee said no peppers and onions twice, I was right beside him. completely unprofessional. I have worked in food service, accidents happen. not how this should've been handled.
Got my order wrong 3 times in a row shift manager was very rude very argumentative said i ordered it wrong when my dad was right there and heard me order it right, she said maybe i shouldn't order from there anymore no maybe get my order right for once??? lost my family and friends as customers as long as she works there

Great Service and food fast Delivery
Called 2 times was put on hold each time she was rude and short to me and the last time I Waited on hold for over 10 mins just for them to tell me they don’t deliver to the north side! That’s stupid, if you deliver to the south side what’s a 2 min extra drive going to hurt!?
ordered waited 20 minutes went back inside to get our order and before I could tell the older woman what we had she said there was a mistake so we waited another 15 minutes only to find out that the order was sitting there the whole time. And it was cold then.
