I had the best experience there! Very professional, clean, quick and fairly priced. No waiting!! Was in and out in minutes instead of hours at other places in town. I was able to watch the entire process from the waiting room and all of my questions were answered politely and accurately. Will be back for very oil change.
we took our mini to these supposed professionals and they broke our dipstick and by the time we checked our oil again it brok off all the way and left most of the stick in the tube. Of course we called quick lube and was you guessed it was informed of the faulty condition of the dipstick brfore there oil change. but they said they would cover the cost of new dipstick with no or little argument .well as it took time and much stress to remove what was left in tube( mini said it would cost us 1300.00 to fix) but luckily we had ... read more
My wife and I took our 09 Jetta for a synthetic oil change in mid march 2012. We have taken our car there several times before but there are new owners now. They changed our oil and informed us that next time we would be charged an extra \$ 10 on top of the normal \$70 oil change because they had to take off our undercarriage and they said this is the new policy they have.
