Fox Run Eye Care was with Lens Crafter before they moved to a new place in Greenland and the whole staff and crew front desk are amazing, friendly, and attentive. Dr. Susan and Dr. Catalano are reliable and do listen and take care to their patients. I highly recommend this place and I love my eye glasses I got from them.
I traveled 2 hours to go to this office as my eye doctor is one of the few that tried to help me with my daily headaches. I had a great appointment and the staff were fantastic. Collin made me laugh and all in all my experience was great. I asked before going into my appointment if I could have my glasses shipped since I am 2 hours away and they no longer have Saturday hours. From the moment I switched to Fox Run Eye Care, my experience has been excellent. The doctor quickly identified the correct prescription, making the exam efficient and stress-free. Colin, the optician, was wonderful in helping me pick out new lenses—knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the process. I’m so happy with both my eye care and my new glasses. Highly recommend!
The Fox Run Eye Care team is fantastic. They are attentive, thorough, and their customer service is top notch. Where else will your optometrist play with your toddler so you can focus on choosing your new prescription glasses. Don't make the same mistake I did and go to the old place at Fox Run mall, but even if you do, they will gladly wait for you to make it to Greenland like they did for me. Cannot recommend them enough!
I used to regularly visit Fox Run Eye Care for many years when they were located in the Fox Run Mall. This was my first visit at the Greenland location. I enjoyed the layout of the facilities where the retinal scanners and other instruments were in open areas rather than in tiny rooms. The staff was friendly and personable. I did visit on a Friday (when they close early) just before noon, and it was quite busy. I had to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment time.
