Beautiful property that is neglected, WODA doesn't care about this property, can't keep a manager, maintainance tech's either. Rarely do inspections and it's been 9+ months since the furnace filters have been changed. This is our home and it's sad.
Great housing
I’ve never had as much trouble with an apartment complex as this place. They’re impossible to get ahold of & half the time when you show up to the office no one is there. I had been on the wait list for a year & never got a call back & now am being told to reapply & pay another $70!!!
Let me just start out saying this place is so run down. The girl that’s working in the office now lets felons, drug addicts move in. You have to constantly worry whenever the kids want to play outside. The people that live there are so jealous if you have things and they do not. Neighbors around apt 406 are awful. The girl in the office is so unprofessional she will keep your deposit and steal. Nobody likes her. Don’t recommend moving here especially if you have kids. Not a safe place.
