I decided not to buy a home there because of all the problems I saw with the display homes especially the foundation. When heavy rains the entrance gets flooded and also the two entrances from hwy w. in Eureka and House Springs. Very overpriced because everything is an extra. I mean Everything.
Beautiful neighborhood right off hwy W built on Fox run golf course the neighborhood is separate from the course though you don't have to be a member to live in the neighborhood but the course is private you must be a member to play
