Roaches, Bed Bugs, and Fleas. Toured the place and it was clean, when we went to actually move in a week later there was bugs all over. I went to management and she offered us a can of bug spray and that was it. I asked a few of the neighbors and they had fleas, bed bugs, roaches and many other problems. hopefully the new management is better, but bed bugs don't just disappear because of new owners so beware. Not worth the price thats for sure.

There are just too many temptations out there and this place is a place to get away from all of that. Getting help is much more than just consciously choosing to abstain from substances of abuse you have to learn to live differently and they will teach you this there. This place is great and helps so much to get clean off of drugs. I hope that so many people can be helped from getting into a program like they offer here.

I don't have any complaints. If you have a broken lease in your pass, this apartment complex is really easy to work with. We had a bad time looking for other apartments in the pass. My neighbors are quiet. We have a good spot in the complex and the staff was easy to work with. Maybe it was covid that made a smooth transitions, but we are happy to call this our home.

Just spend the extra 100$ and move into a newer nicer apartment. Not worth the hassle maintenance don't do anything. And sketchy residents vehicle was stolen twice from there in a one year spand.

excelente complejo de apartamentos muy seguro buen mantenimiento en fechas especiales hay celebración de parte del complejo departamentos Broadway estoy feliz de vivir aquí me siento segura.
