Do not apply, theyre making money off of us! This place is awful! I was told I would come in today to sign my lease and I needed to bring in a deposit. I show up with my deposit and start getting interviewed about my job. I questioned Dana and she stated "I never said that" photos as proof. I would have never even stepped foot in that place had I known this is how they conduct business. She even told me what apartment I would be in then proceeds to tell me she never said anything I have in writing. She quoted me two differen... read more
I think they are ok. They are gated. The gates are messed up alot. You do not have to worry about any yard work. They do have maintenance. And an on site manager. But there are alot of issues with your provided washer/ dryer. Those types of things. Although the rent does include all your monthly expenses.
Great place to live friendly neighbors and amazing maintenance guy named John Walton definitely the best in town definitely needs a raise
