Fox Run raises their rent far above normal inflation. Their deposits are exceedingly high. When we left I notified them that the apartment was going to be professionally cleaned by me as I am a professional house cleaner; they agreed to this. I cleaned everything on their list perfectly and they said it looked great on the final walk through.
