I told Fox Roofing (two) several times I wasn’t interested right now due to cancer treatments and financial reasons this year, most likely next year and to please stop calling. Instead, they kept calling multiple times in the same day, ignoring my request. It shows a lack of respect for the customer and very poor record management. Maybe they think persistence is good sales, but it comes across as pushy and tone-deaf. Definitely not how you build trust with potential customers

If door to door sales people arebaf enough now we have people just keep calling you on your phone saying we are in the area do you need roofing or siding. REMOVE MY NUMBER. you know the number I never gave you to call me on

I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible management, I continue to get cold called after "their manager had already taken me off the calling list". Spoke to some unprofessional woman named Tammy, and she continued to represent the company just as poorly as the person who cold called me did. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FOX ROOFING!!

They cold called me for a roofing estimate. At first I was willing to see what they had to say, but then they refused to give me an estimate without my husband home and present. I told them I wasn't interested in their services anymore. A month later they call me back (just now) and when I told them I wasn't interested and went with another roofer, they hung up on me. 🤣🤷‍♀️
