i signed a contract for a window replacement job in November 2025, after not hearing anything regarding this job I contacted my project manager in January 2026 who at that point came out and measured my windows and informed me the job should take 6-8 weeks (then 6-8 weeks again). Finally at the beginning of May my project manager informed me my project was waiting to be released to be manufactured and he would keep me updated in a week (which he never did), I tried to contact him and could not, he never returned my call. Absolutely exceptional work. We have a century-old Victorian with a high roof and lots of crannies. The Fox Roofing crew tackled the entire job in less than three days, working almost nonstop despite the number of challenges the job presented. The crew worked hard and was conscientious every step of the way, plus being friendly and cheerful. I recommend Fox Roofing without a moment's hesitation!

Fox had given us a quote last summer on our gutters. They called again recently saying they could do even better than the first quote. So we said yes, we'd be open to another quote. Mike came out this evening and was helping us. Things went south really quickly. All of a sudden it turned into we were working on a contract at our dining room table when all we wanted was another quote. Fox Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. The quality of the work looks great and they left the area clean when they finished.
