True Scam. Fox Roofing took our $5000 deposit towards a new roof and then disappeared. No supplied delivered, no work done, not even a returned phone call. We have called, texted and written several times in the last 7 months. I guess now we have no choice but to file a complaint with the licensing department and a start a case in small claims. Save yourself the headache. Fox completely betrayed our trust. Don't believe a word these people tell you.

Zero out of ten, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! After they took a huge down payment for my windows I didn't hear from anyone for 2 months. When I reached out, the only person who got back to me was someone who no longer worked for the company. After another 6 weeks, and the threat of legal action, an entirely different company contacted me to finally do the install. In the process, they destroyed a flowerbed. i signed a contract for a window replacement job in November 2025, after not hearing anything regarding this job I contacted my project manager in January 2026 who at that point came out and measured my windows and informed me the job should take 6-8 weeks (then 6-8 weeks again). Finally at the beginning of May my project manager informed me my project was waiting to be released to be manufactured and he would keep me updated in a week (which he never did), I tried to contact him and could not, he never returned my call. After getting roofs replaced from multiple other companies. Fox roofing is very punctual about finishing there work on time, affordable and they just made the process a really great experience for me Thankyou for my amazing new roof!
