You said it!!! I totally second the first reviewer regarding this doctor. He and his wife (Holly Avriette) are cut from the same cloth. It will cost you big time. And if you think any of that $$$ will buy you an ounce of respect - forget it. They never return calls. Their billing (as our insurance put it) defies description. You are in for the Ride of your Life My opinion is that Dr. Fox is a Scam Artist who made virtually no attempt to fix anything, nor to even seek to find out the facts. He also refused to make any external contacts, and charges about 10 times more than he is worth. He was also supposed to write a report, but got out of it by making a phone call to minor's counsel (Robert W.
