RecommendedGreat food, service, atmosphere! Especially during the summer!
We have been coming here for years and today we went there and had the worst food ever...we had a party of 8 and all our food came out at different times, spinach artichoke dip was cold and cheese was not even melted, the street tacos shells were cold, the bam bam shrimp was very over cooked and rubbery. they told us they have a new cook.....well our friends and us will not be back until they have the old cook back...we will be taking our boat somewhere else.
Horrible place to go. Would never recommend on my worst enemy.
Great atmosphere. Sat outside on the patio by the water. Attentive waitstaff and very good food. Large selection on the menu.
we had some of the worst service last night. one person in our party had to wait for them to remake their food because they brought him the wrong item. my gf had to send her mac and cheese back because the bacon wasn't cooked and the pasta was over cooked and we waited forever for everything, order food, get another drink, get the bill. we go here once a year hoping that the food and service will get better but it doesn't. last night we were one of maybe 3 tables in the whole restaurant. it seems as if the only time Fox Rive... read more
Extremely poor service - we were not given silverware and had to ask the waitress several times for items that she 'forgot', including one person's entire order. Even worse, I ordered the White Cheddar Mac & Cheese and it was practically soup on a plate with overcooked pasta and RAW bacon. Hope you like the view because that's all this place has to offer!
Ordered crunch chicken tenders appetizer for dinner tonight and asked for extra sauce. I drove through pouring rain from Omro to pick it up. I started to check if I got the extra sauce before I left but didn't finish opening it all up. When I got home, no extra sauce. The chicken "tenders" were slabs of chicken that were burned around the edges an d stuck together on top of a bed of fries swimming in grease. The fries went in the garbage.
