Our service was great, the food and drinks were wonderful!
Food was good, service was terrible, too many helpers not doing anything, no one asked if we needed anything, we had to flag down someone for a drink, all at the bar out doors. The employees did a lot of standing around.

Food was great, but the server lost our order. He compesated us by deducting the burger we ordered. As my husband said, we were not in a hurry to get anywhere so we sat on the patio.
Great food. I had the Lake Perch and it was perfect. Not over done.and the breading was just right. Very nice view of the river and our waiter was attentive and spot on. We did a little birthday celebration for my nephew and he loved it. Our waiter brought out a cake with a sparkler on it and we sang Happy Birthday. To a 2 year-old that was amazing.
Mold on my pretzel bun. Mold! Manager says "I see that! I'll take it off your bill"... yes, I would certainly hope so. Appleton location
Love the Blu Bobber. Even better as Blu Shandy. Had the Crunch Chicken and although it was good, the chicken pieces seem to be half as thick as they used to be. Cost saving everywhere. Sad.

Randomness of the chicken most likely. Nothing has changed on the tenders, but we will keep an eye on it. No more sad face :)
