ROACH INFESTED BY MULTIPLE SPECIES OF COCKROACHES. We talked with management and all they did was spray the apartment with poison WHILE MY DOG WAS IN HER CAGE IN THE APARTMENT. I was at work and came home to.smell of poison. When I asked them to call an exterminater, they said I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT even though under WI state law, it's the landlords job! I have a very negative experience living in Building 1221 of fox river bluff due to ongoing issues with the on-site property manager and harassment from other tenants. The environment feels uncomfortable and, at times, hostile. There are instances where my privacy isn’t respected, including what appeared to be discussions of personal lease matters or who i bring over. Management is pushy, yet when you need something from them they don't respond. We had a recent blizzard come through and they didnt even hire a plow to clear half of the apartment's parking lot. The maintenance workers do half-measure jobs; We had a bathtub clogged we put in multiple requests for and they never came; We eventually had to go out and buy drain-o and a snake ourselves to clear it. These people are insane they want anywhere from $1,140 to 1200 some dollars for a two-bedroom and they haven't remodeled the unit since they used to be 600 something further more they don't even take care of their snow removal very well but you want 1200 and three times rent to rent there, if I was making $3,600 a month I would get a mortgage not rent from you. You people are off your rocker
