I want to share my terrific experience with the management team at Fox Ridge working through a recent issue. They were amazing in their professionalism, accommodating demeanor and overall support. This has been an outstanding experience for my mom who has lived here for over ten years.
Maintenance corrected the problem happy with the new company
We recently moved to Fox Ridge and are very happy with the community but we were disappointed with the previous management team. . They were unresponsive to all our service request. Thank God Aion is now the owners. Our dryer stopped heating up. Made a call and within a day we had a replacement dryer in place. Michael the maintence man was professional, courteous and friendly. A scenic pond adds to the charm and offers a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. The apartment homes are incredibly spacious and full of character—much larger than most in the area. With walking paths throughout and close to nearby conveniences, this place truly feels like a hidden gem!
