Been here since 2013. Old management was terrible new owners that took over are raising the rent and now adding on water sewer trash. Skyrocekting as in raising the rent over $200. They offer no amenities outside of a small gym. No pool or anything special. In comparison to other apartments there is nothing. The lower rent was the competition but now it’s just as high. I am a current resident and very disappointed in this community and the new management company that took over. They are pretty much just continuing the poor practices that the previous management company had in place but charging more. I have lived here for 5 years and rent use to go up at a somewhat reasonable rate. This year they are applying over a 15% rental increase to residents and adding the responsibility of utilities on top of that increase.
