I experienced an air condition issue that afternoon and the Maintenance Director came that night at 7pm and repaired it! The staff here is so kind and great! He went over and above and I did not expect this level of service. This morning prior to 9:30 am the other tech came and checked to make sure it was still working.

I’ve have lived at Fox Ridge Apartments for almost 5 years, and the changes since the new management team took over have been amazing. The property used to feel very dark at night, but within just a few months they completely improved the lighting throughout the neighborhood. I now feel safe walking my dog around the property in the evenings, which has made such a difference for me. They also renovated the gym, and it’s been a great upgrade for residents. Steve the maintenance employee was here asap, he was very nice & knowledgeable about thermostat’s & the settings. He explained how the thermostat works when I push the wrong setting. It was a good experience to learn about it. Thankyou Steve

I absolutely love living at Fox Ridge. It's a beautiful property, and the new management team is amazing. You can tell they really care and work hard to address any concerns. They’re making improvements around here that the old management never did! Jessica, Rob, and Danielle are always in the office when I need them, and the maintenance crew is top-notch—they always explain how to prevent future issues instead of just doing a quick fix.
