This is a well maintained property it's quiet and best of all Laura the Apt Manager is kind, caring, approachable and just plain awesome. She's a keeper, as soon as you reach out to her with any questions or concerns she's on it. (there weren't many)Just nice to know that she's there efficient and conscientious. I stayed there just over a year not one complaint. Good neighbors, very peaceful, clean and quiet property. The tenants I encountered were all very respectful and neighborly. I highly recommend this property.
I absolutely adored my time at these apartments - clean, modern, and in a great location. Any issues were handled quickly and professionally. The property manager was absolutely amazing and was responsive, kind, and truly cares about the tenants. Highly recommend!
Property manager and maintanence were fantastic. I lived here for two years and had very few issues but if I did, they were always fixed fast. Great area of town, quiet place to live, and the buildings were well kept. Miss this place and would recommend it to anyone.
We absolutely have loved our time spent here at these apartments! They are beautiful well kept apartments that are very updated! If you want a great place in Platteville with a property manager who truly cares, Fox Ridge Estates is the place to go!! Couldn’t recommend them more!! ☺️
