I have lived at Fox Ridge Apartments in Platteville for 7 to 8 years now love these apartments they’re nice and big and Laura The property manager, who is absolutely wonderful anytime I need anything even the smallest issue. She helps me as soon as she can usually is right away. And she has always been very kind and friendly to me and my family because of her we have stayed this long
I lived in the Fox Ridge Estates for over 13 years until I was laid off by UW-Platteville. There were a few different property managers during my time there, but Laura is one of the best. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed and the exterior always looks nice. I especially enjoyed having a garage to park in during the winter! I would definitely recommend Fox Ridge if you're looking for a great place to live.
Laura is one of the best Apartment managers one could ask for. We moved in during March and had to move out due to some family matters before our lease ended. Laura made it so easy for us and worked with us every step of the way. The apartments are such a nice place to live with respectable neighbors, a convenient location, and just more. This has to be hands down the best place we have lived. Thank you Fox Ridge Estates and thank you Laura for everything!
