business analyst I have lived here for a while. I love the location. I haven't had any problems. Staff is friendly and takes care of anything that arrises. Very pleased.
laundry there are 8 apartments in ONE building... ONE washer ., ONE dryer. and they are CONSTANTLY BROKEN.. if they cant keep them working, should credit something on the rent!! ANNOYED
Unfortunate.. The rent is reasonable, but when problems occur nothing is done. The only time something is done to fix any problem, is when it escalates to the point of screaming at your neighbors.
